Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced employee (m/f/d) for the position in Operations Management E-Commerce with Shopify. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our e-commerce platform and ensuring smooth operations.
Your tasks:
- Management and optimization of the Shopify webshop
- Monitoring orders, stock levels and delivery times
- Carrying out market analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaboration with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient processes
- Analysis of sales data and creation of reports to optimize performance
- Support in the development of new products and services
- After-sales management:
- Support for customer inquiries and complaints
- Support with returns and complaints
- Ensuring a quick and satisfactory solution for customer concerns
- Building and maintaining customer relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
Your profile:
- Completed training or studies in the field of business administration, e-commerce or similar
- Experience in e-commerce operations management, ideally with Shopify
- Excellent organizational skills and an independent way of working
- Analytical thinking and experience in dealing with data
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills

Must Have

- E-commerce marketing knowledge such as SEO, CRO and paid ads
- Management of social media channels
- Analytical skills for evaluating and monitoring events
