Responsibilities
- Order Processing: The E-Commerce Operative Specialist is responsible for the smooth processing of customer orders. This includes reviewing and recording orders, communicating with customers regarding order status and delivery times, and coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Service: The E-Commerce Operative Specialist will assist in answering customer queries and resolving issues relating to orders, deliveries or products. They deal with customer complaints, returns and refunds and ensure that customer service is efficient and customer-oriented.
- Stock management: The E-Commerce Operative Specialist monitors stock levels and ensures that sufficient quantities of products are currently available and can be reordered in good time if required.
- Social media management: developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand presence and interact directly with our target audience.
- Product catalog maintenance: The e-commerce operative is responsible for keeping the online product catalog up to date. This includes adding new products, updating product descriptions and images and checking prices and availability.
- Marketplace Operations: Support for partner platforms such as Digitec/ Galaxus, Brack.ch, etc.. Data management via channable.
- Analysis and reporting: Regular analysis of performance data to identify trends and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Social media and digital marketing: execution and implementation of campaigns via social media, newsletter and blog.
- Data analysis and reporting: The E-Commerce Operative supports the analysis of e-commerce data and the creation of reports on the performance of the online store. They collect and analyze data on sales, orders, customer behavior and other relevant key figures in order to derive insights and recommendations for action.
Must-have
- Passionate interest in e-commerce, social media and online marketing
- EducationDegree in business administration, marketing, digital media or a related field.
- Experience: approx. 2 years in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Skills:
Customer-oriented thinking and strong communication skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools, fluency in German and English. - Languages: Very good communication skills in German and French
- Personality:
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
